The interior extended stay conversion was completed in approximately 2020 to Studio 6 standards, however the hotel has operated without a brand since mid-2024.
The hotel contains 78 modern guest suites, of which 75 are rentable and 3 are used for storage. The rooms have kitchenettes, free Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs. The hotel also includes two large living quarters, not included in room count. The hotel amenities include truck parking, guest coin laundry, vending machines and free morning coffee.
