Jim Brand is a licensed broker in the state of Arizona and has been licensed in California and Texas. Mr. Brand has been actively involved in the hospitality industry since 1969 when he went through management training with an international lodging chain. Over the next several years, Mr. Brand was appointed Food & Beverage Director and General manager of several large full service hotels. Mr. Brand resigned from operations when he was appointed Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for a well known management firm and spent several years buying, selling and developing full service hotels in Denver, Colorado and Houston, Texas
