Mike is licensed in OK, KS, MO, NE, AR & TN. He oversees all operations of the HotelBrokerOne Tulsa office. During the past years, he has been involved in multiple sales of hotels and motels. Mike has successfully completed portfolio sales and land development sales. His years in hotel and commercial sales have been accentuated by his excellent background in banking and regulatory agencies. Mike spent two years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. He has extensive insight into workouts and financing. Many of his sales have included tax deferred transactions and Mike has a strong background in problem solving and difficult closings. He is a past recipient of the Most Unique Deal of the Year Award from HMBA. Mike is actively involved in the Oklahoma Association of Realtors and is serving as 2009 President.
In addition to his serving in many Realtor activities at the state level he is also very active at the National level. He has received numerous awards and accolades.
